In less than a year, kate & co. helped to conceptualize the idea for the Erie County Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission (Diverse Erie) into a working initiative with real impact in the community we call home. From developing the brand, mission statement, communication strategy, and web design, kate & co. helped build public awareness and bring local leaders together around a shared commitment to equity in Erie County.

kate & co. supported the launch of two grant programs designed to invest directly in Erie’s BIPOC communities, helping Diverse Erie secure and leverage public and private funding for initiatives that create long-term opportunity and generational impact.
